Responsibilities
- Manage assigned products by strategically adjusting and optimizing the marketing mix as they progress through their life cycle.
- Assist in evaluating product capacity and capabilities to effectively accommodate new client needs.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Navitus products within the marketplace, collaborating to expand product offerings, enhance existing product positioning, and craft compelling key messages for both current and prospective clients.
- Continuously monitor product performance, market position, and value to clients and their members.
- Utilize project management methodologies to efficiently oversee project scope, resource allocation, and timelines for product development initiatives.
- Ensure thorough testing is completed for any system or application enhancements or break-fix solutions.
- Confirm that all products comply with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives and organizational growth.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field is required.
- Experience in the health, biomedical, or pharmaceutical industries is highly desirable.
- Commitment to participating in, adhering to, and supporting compliance program goals and standards.
