About the Role
The Global Payments team at ByteDance provides seamless payment solutions across our global businesses. We are seeking an Insurance Product Manager to design and manage innovative insurance solutions for the TikTok Shop e-commerce platform, enhancing user experience, conversion, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap – Develop and launch insurance products, enabling seamless sales and claims within TikTok Shop.

Market Research & Analysis – Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to shape product direction.

Feature Development – Define and optimize features like promotion capabilities, flexible pricing, and checkout processes.

Data-Driven Optimization – Monitor product performance using analytics, track KPIs, and refine strategies accordingly.

User Experience Enhancement – Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create intuitive, engaging shopping experiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with tech, operations, and customer service teams for seamless execution.
Qualifications
Minimum:
-
3+ years in product management, preferably in e-commerce or insurance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar tools.

Deep understanding of e-commerce user behavior and insurance industry dynamics.

Experience managing full product lifecycles, from ideation to launch.

Excellent research, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or a related field (advanced degrees/certifications are a plus).

Experience with large-scale e-commerce platforms.
