About the Role

This role supports TikTok and its parent company, ByteDance, which shares our mission to inspire creativity and enrich life.

As part of the Ad Platform team within Global Monetization, you will enhance the TikTok Ad Manager and Business Center, delivering seamless advertiser experiences and optimizing ad solutions for better ROI and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Enhance Ad Solutions – Improve TikTok’s ad platform to maximize customer value.

  • Analyze & Define Strategy – Identify business challenges, opportunities, and risks, setting a clear roadmap with key success metrics.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with engineers, UX, analysts, and product marketing to drive product development and market success.

  • Optimize Processes – Enhance speed and quality in product delivery.

  • Manage IC Product Managers – Lead and mentor product managers to achieve key business goals.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field

  • 5+ years in product management within online advertising or search engines

  • Strong understanding of digital advertising and enterprise UI products

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills

  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively

Preferred:

  • Experience in building enterprise UI products

  • Background in Ads and monetization strategies
