Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams (IT, billing, logistics operations, customer support, revenue management, sales, marketing, communications, etc.) to execute product launches and operational strategies.
- Develop and oversee detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for product rollouts and ongoing initiatives.
- Manage all operational aspects of product launches, including process design, systems integration, training, and support readiness.
- Work closely with sales and marketing to align on go-to-market strategies, messaging, and channel activation.
- Partner with customer support and billing teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing service for customers.
- Collaborate with revenue management to define pricing strategies and monitor product performance.
- Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Continuously refine operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Oversee post-launch product lifecycle activities, focusing on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Proven experience in product management, operations management, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
