Role Overview
As a Product Manager at Hinge Health, you will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, health economists, and cross-functional partners to design and scale innovative healthcare data products and predictive models. Your mission: to deliver measurable value for our clients by enhancing ROI prediction and performance tracking across healthcare initiatives.
You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from strategic planning to hands-on implementation—empowering internal teams with tools, data, and insights to optimize healthcare outcomes and reduce costs. With a strong strategic mindset and sharp analytical skills, you’ll turn complex data into actionable product strategies that align with both company goals and market needs.
What You’ll Do

Define & Drive Strategy: Lead the vision, roadmap, and objectives for Hinge Health’s healthcare data platform, predictive modeling, and ROI measurement tools to improve patient engagement and clinical results.

Accelerate Innovation: Develop and promote agile, rapid iteration best practices across product development teams; mentor peers to drive innovation at speed.

Deliver Meaningful Products: Guide products from concept to launch in partnership with engineering, data science, clinical, sales, and marketing teams.

Executive Collaboration: Represent your product domain to leadership and act as a strategic thought partner to company founders.

Track and Optimize: Monitor product usage, impact metrics, and ROI to refine offerings and ensure sustained value delivery.

Scale Success: Leverage automation and process optimization to drive efficiency and scalability across successful initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field (or equivalent experience).

4+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of launching impactful products.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams with a focus on outcomes, agile iteration, and collaborative problem-solving.

Strong technical fluency—comfortable discussing architecture, data models, and trade-offs with engineers.

Solid analytical capabilities, including interpreting ROI data and providing insights for product improvements.
Preferred Qualifications

Background in healthcare startups or digital health.

Experience working with healthcare claims data.

Familiarity with healthcare systems, including EHRs, risk adjustment, and clinical decision-making tools.

Previous collaboration with clinical teams, data scientists, and engineers.

Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models and clinical workflows.

Strong business acumen and ability to translate clinical and technical needs into scalable solutions.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary, equity, and benefits package.
Estimated annual salary range: $150,400 – $225,600
Actual compensation will be based on location, experience, and qualifications.
