About the Role
We’re hiring our first Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to define how our products are positioned, packaged, and launched. Reporting to the Product Lead, you’ll act as the bridge between Product, Sales, and Marketing—turning product capabilities into clear, compelling stories that resonate with founders and enable our GTM teams to succeed.
This isn’t just a communications role. You’ll partner with Product from the early stages of development to test positioning, shape messaging, and ensure every launch lands with clarity and impact. As our first PMM, you’ll shape how Rho’s products show up in the world.
Responsibilities

Lead product launches: Craft positioning, validate messaging, and execute GTM strategies.

Own product communications: Emails, in-app release notes, and blog posts.

Build messaging frameworks that resonate with founders and differentiate Rho.

Source and publish case studies, testimonials, and ROI proof.

Influence feature packaging and go-to-market bundling.

Stay founder-first: Keep messaging aligned with startup culture and workflows.
Qualifications

3–6+ years of product marketing experience (SaaS/fintech preferred).

Track record of leading product launches end-to-end.

Exceptional storytelling and writing skills.

Familiarity with startup culture and founder needs.

Comfortable as the first PMM: scrappy, execution-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
