Position Overview
We’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive both B2B and B2C growth for the XCEL brand within the insurance sector.
This role requires a strategic yet hands-on marketer who can align Sales, Product, and Marketing, launch high-impact campaigns, and deliver consistent revenue results. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position will shape messaging frameworks, customer value narratives, and integrated go-to-market strategies for a dynamic and entrepreneurial market.
What You’ll Do

Own the product marketing strategy for the insurance profession within XCEL, ensuring alignment between sales, product, and marketing teams.

Act as the central coordinator for all marketing channels, including paid media, organic, and email campaigns.

Develop and execute omnichannel marketing plans supporting B2B account-based strategies and B2C customer growth.

Collaborate with product teams to position and promote new features, launches, and updates.

Partner with sales to design campaigns that resonate with insurance professionals.

Translate complex product information into clear, compelling content and sales enablement materials.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to maximize market impact.

Represent insurance marketing in strategic planning, internal meetings, and industry events.

Continuously analyze campaign performance to optimize tactics and improve ROI.

Bring patience, adaptability, and collaboration when working with entrepreneurial sales teams.
What You’ll Need to Succeed

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-channel marketing (B2C, product, digital, B2B, or channel marketing).

Experience supporting both B2B and B2C strategies, with strong focus on account-based marketing.

Familiarity with insurance industry dynamics is a plus (but not required).

Experience managing budgets with attention to detail.

Salesforce experience preferred.

Proven ability to align sales, product, and marketing teams to drive growth.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple channels.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
