Gatekeeper is evolving rapidly, with monthly product releases including Agentic AI, platform enhancements, and much more. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces AI-powered workflows, and helps us drive adoption, revenue growth, and win rates across the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Monthly Releases & GTM
-
Own monthly go-to-market planning for new product features
-
Craft compelling messaging frameworks and coordinate launch assets
-
Produce or support release content: demo videos, blogs, in-app messaging, social snippets
-
Track and report activation KPIs
Sales Enablement
-
Build custom sales packs, one-pagers, battlecards, objection handlers
-
Run live and asynchronous enablement sessions for AEs, SDRs, and Account Directors
-
Maintain Storylane interactive demos in sync with new positioning
Narrative & Content Creation
-
Own and evolve the Gatekeeper product story across web, collateral, and campaigns
-
Translate complex technical features into value-led messaging
-
Collaborate with SMEs to craft compelling narratives for target buyers
Competitive & Market Intelligence

Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends
-
Deliver win/loss briefs, battlecards, and monthly intel updates
AI-First Marketing Operations

Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Veed.IO) to scale content and automate workflows
-
Optimize processes and experiment with AI-powered ways of working
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Product, RevOps, Customer Marketing, and Events

Support webinars, customer stories, and advocacy initiatives

Must-Have Traits

Must-Have Experience
-
2+ years in Product Marketing (ideally in B2B SaaS)

Strong writing & messaging development skills

Understanding of GTM processes and launch execution

Experience working with Product & Sales teams

Proficient with tools like HubSpot, ClickUp, Storylane, Google Workspace, and AI platforms
Nice to Haves

Experience in AI-first products or fast-paced technical environments

Familiarity with contract lifecycle, vendor management, or procurement tech

You’ve led major product launches or marketing campaigns

Past experience in B2B SaaS with a focus on feature adoption
