About the Role
We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager focused on our AI-enabled virtual agent solution, Zoom Virtual Agent (ZVA). This role is an individual contributor position with no direct reports, ideal for someone passionate about customer experience (CX), self-service automation, and AI-driven technologies.
As part of the Zoom CX Marketing team, you’ll partner with product, sales, design, and campaign teams to craft narratives, build go-to-market strategies, and help customers unlock the value of AI-first self-service.
Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Leadership: Drive strategy for Zoom Virtual Agent, building awareness, pipeline, and adoption across customer segments.

Messaging & Positioning: Craft compelling narratives that highlight ZVA’s AI-first capabilities.

Sales Enablement: Create personas, pitch decks, competitor insights, objection guides, solution briefs, demos, and other assets.

Market Research: Analyze customer insights, trends, and global opportunities to shape strategy and product positioning.

Product Launches: Partner with product, marketing, and enablement teams for launch planning and execution.

Content Development: Build solution briefs, demo scripts, thought leadership pieces, and web copy.

Spokesperson Role: Represent Zoom Virtual Agent in the market as a customer-focused thought leader.
What We’re Looking For

5+ years’ experience in product marketing (SaaS, CX, or AI-related fields preferred)

Strong understanding of customer experience, automation, and self-service trends

Proven ability to translate technical concepts into clear, benefits-driven messaging

Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills

Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments
