Job Summary:

First American Trust is seeking a Product Owner (Remote – U.S.) to lead the design, development, and delivery of digital products in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to define strategic product direction, prioritize backlogs, and ensure timely, quality releases that meet client and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead backlog management and ensure sprint-ready user stories for at least 2 sprints

  • Define product vision, roadmap, and sprint goals in line with business strategies

  • Maintain stakeholder communication and ensure client satisfaction across product lifecycle

  • Collect and analyze product usage data to drive continuous improvement

  • Oversee resolution of product issues and manage change-related communications

  • Partner with Product Managers and Scrum Masters to align teams and delivery timelines

  • Champion quality assurance both pre- and post-product release

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3–7 years’ experience in product ownership, project management, engineering, or related tech fields

  • One of the following certifications: CSPO, SAFe POPM, or PSPO

  • Deep understanding of Agile Scrum principles and delivery cycles

  • Strong leadership, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to drive measurable outcomes and cross-team collaboration

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of solutions architecture within a digital product ecosystem

  • Experience in business-value and outcome-based product development

  • Capacity to influence leadership and team behavior toward results
