What You’ll Do – Role Summary
As a Product Owner, you will act as the voice of the customer and business within the Agile development team. You will be responsible for setting clear product goals, prioritizing features, and ensuring effective delivery of strategic initiatives across the full product lifecycle—from ideation and backlog grooming to release and analytics.
Key Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and sprint goals

Write well-formed user stories and maintain at least 2 sprints worth of ready backlog

Act as liaison between stakeholders and development teams

Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure features align with strategic business goals

Manage stakeholder communication and change management messaging
-
Own product quality pre- and post-release; respond to issues and oversee resolutions

Analyze product data to drive continuous improvement

Track team progress, help resolve blockers, and improve delivery efficiency

Work closely with Scrum Masters to ensure agile best practices are followed

Lead or support resolution of cross-functional product challenges
What You’ll Bring
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
-
3–7 years of experience in product ownership or a similar tech-facing role (BSA, TPM, etc.)

At least one of the following certifications:
-
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
-
SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)
-
Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
-

Strong understanding of Agile principles and SDLC
-
Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
-
Experience with customer-centric delivery, analytics, and iterative product development
-
Familiarity with solutions architecture and how features impact the wider product ecosystem
-
Proven ability to drive product results and manage stakeholder expectations
-
Knowledge of financial services or tech-savvy environments preferred
