We are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, and support the implementation of high-standard processes across our team. The ideal Restaurant Manager will lead with creativity, technical skill, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities for Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager at Kiddom, you will:

• Oversee and execute production design solutions, utilizing existing templates and repurposing designs for new projects.

• Review and update design deliverables, including both animated and static graphics.

• Ensure all production-ready files meet specifications for digital and print, performing pre-flighting, QC, and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve production challenges and maintain smooth workflows.

• Maintain organized assets, including images, videos, and work products, in our management system.

Production Oversight by the Restaurant Manager

• Check and correct all artwork settings, including color, image resolution, and output specifications.

• Correct inconsistencies in typesetting, scaling, vector artwork, photo retouching, and color adjustments.

• Provide guidance on complex projects to ensure adherence to production standards.

• Work closely with the Print Lead Designer to meet tight deadlines across multiple projects.

Skills and Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat). Adobe certification preferred.

• HTML proficiency is a plus.

• Strong typographic skills for print and digital work.

• Ability to produce high-quality CMYK and RGB images and troubleshoot problem files.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple quick-turn projects.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

• Minimum three years of professional experience in creative design or production within an agency or in-house setting.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Portfolio showcasing prior work is required.

• Adobe Certification in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop preferred.

• Experience working across Mac and Windows platforms.
