Position Summary

Vituity is seeking a Program Consultant to provide operational project leadership, analytical support, and research services across healthcare programs. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of physicians and practice management professionals to design, implement, and evaluate innovative programs, driving operational efficiency, quality improvement, and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead medium to large-scale projects and initiatives, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

  • Develop and implement programs, including manuals, training modules, and curricula.

  • Analyze operational, quality, and financial performance; conduct pre- and post-performance evaluations.

  • Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for program execution.

  • Provide consulting and advisory services to clinical and business stakeholders.

  • Facilitate workflow improvements, change management strategies, and program adoption.

  • Maintain project documentation, reporting, and communications.

  • Support new site start-ups and ongoing programs such as Quality and Process Improvement.

  • Independently analyze complex business problems and provide actionable insights.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business, Finance, or related field. Master’s preferred.

  • 5+ years’ experience in a healthcare setting.

  • 3+ years’ experience in data analytics, reporting, or leading clinical quality programs.

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).

  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) and pivot tables.

  • Knowledge of hospital and outpatient clinic operations and process improvement.

  • Demonstrated project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong organizational and customer service skills, with high attention to detail.
