With a dedicated team of 70 employees and thousands of volunteers, we serve communities across Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia—at no cost to clients, based solely on medical need.

About the Role
We are seeking a Program Database Administrator to manage our Client Track and Volunteer Hub databases and oversee outcomes reporting. Reporting to the Systems and Data Operations Director, the Administrator will:

  • Maintain and configure client and volunteer databases, ensuring data integrity and smooth operation.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce data entry policies.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with database vendors.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on program outcomes, creating dashboards and visualizations.
  • Generate complex queries, reports, and data exports for program teams.
  • Design and implement surveys using tools like Qualtrics and Microsoft Forms.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree with at least 3 years of database experience (preferably in a nonprofit setting).
  • Proficiency in relational database management, reporting, and data integrity analysis.
  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis for reporting and ability to create compelling data visuals.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
