About the Role
Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, is seeking a Clinical Data Project Manager to lead the acquisition, quality assurance, and implementation of medical, lab, and disease management eligibility data across Evernorth’s products. In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate data delivery and uphold high standards for data integrity and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Facilitate discussions with clients and vendors to obtain medical, lab, rebate, and disease management eligibility data.

Communicate implementation and production issues to account teams and stakeholders.

Maintain and monitor multiple client/vendor relationships and incoming data files.

Manage clinical product implementations, ensuring requirements are documented and delivered to downstream teams.

Coordinate with technology teams on new projects and production issues.

Write and maintain business requirements, SOPs, and documentation.

Collaborate across the enterprise to meet client requirements and deliver successful implementations.

Manage multiple competing priorities in a high-pressure environment.
Qualifications

3+ years of relevant project management experience.

Strong project management skills with experience preparing and executing business plans.

Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.

Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and prioritize tasks.

Experience collaborating with business leads and subject matter experts at all levels.

Preferred: experience managing business and IT relationships in a matrixed environment.

Technical knowledge of mainframe, Teradata, Oracle, Excel, and Word desired.

Knowledge of medical and lab claims preferred.
Work Requirements

Remote work requires a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload).
Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary: $76,400–$127,300, depending on experience and location.

Eligible for annual bonus plan.
