About the Job

We are hiring a Program Manager / Project Manager to join a Fortune Technology client ranked as one of the best companies to work with worldwide. This remote role (PST preferred) focuses on streamlining operations, scaling systems, and managing cross-functional brand and social media initiatives. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Experience Level / Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of program or project management within brand, digital, or social marketing environments.

  • Strong background in streamlining operations and scaling systems in brand or marketing teams.

  • Proven experience managing and building scalable content or campaign production workflows.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders independently.

  • Experience with Airtable required.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; PMP certification a plus.

  • Detail-oriented with strong scheduling and coordination skills; experience working in small brand/social teams (approx. 4 people).

Key Responsibilities

Calendar & Coordination

  • Own and manage the integrated brand social media calendar, ensuring alignment across internal partners and platforms.

  • Coordinate across marketing, creative, comms, and product teams to plan and deliver brand-aligned programming.

  • Build and refine intake, review, and approval workflows for on-time content delivery at scale.

  • Clarify roles, expectations, and timelines across global and regional teams.

Process Development & Optimization

  • Identify and implement process improvements to speed execution and reduce duplication.

  • Build scalable systems for planning, scheduling, and publishing content across global social media platforms.

  • Maintain documentation, templates, and training materials for workflows and governance.

  • Partner with operations, analytics, and creative teams to standardize campaign tracking and asset management.

Strategic Planning & Alignment

  • Translate enterprise-level goals into actionable social media strategies and execution plans.

  • Collaborate with brand leaders to define quarterly priorities, resources, and timelines.

  • Ensure alignment of all social programming with brand voice, product priorities, and campaign objectives.
