We’re a top-tier construction company searching for a highly skilled Project Accountant to join our team. This role demands exceptional attention to detail, strong communication abilities, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and significant experience with Procore and other accounting software like Sage 300CRE. You’ll be crucial in maintaining financial records, analyzing and reconciling accounts, and generating vital financial reports.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be instrumental in ensuring financial accuracy and integrity throughout our organization. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining financial records.
- Analyzing and reconciling accounts.
- Producing comprehensive financial reports.
- Preparing and maintaining budgets.
- Collaborating with Project Managers to ensure all reports are imported and subcontractor reports are current.
What You’ll Need for This Position
A related bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with at least two years of construction experience and knowledge of:
- Working for a mechanical contractor or Design-build firm on commercial projects.
- Procore ERP experience is a must.
- Experience with bidding projects, contract administration, purchase orders, and project scheduling.
