Position Overview

The Project Coordinator provides day-to-day support for multiple projects within the PMO, assisting with project planning, status reporting, event coordination, volunteer and stakeholder scheduling, and budget management. This grant-funded role ensures strategic alignment, promotes collaboration across teams, and supports ADA’s mission-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project timelines, meetings, and events for internal stakeholders, volunteers, and vendors.

  • Maintain accurate project data for compliance and internal reporting.

  • Prepare and distribute project status reports and presentations.

  • Track and monitor project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.

  • Assist with marketing efforts, including updating online content and distributing materials.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and proactively support team needs.

  • Improve project management processes to ensure timely completion of initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, social service, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

  • Experience in event planning and marketing.

  • Familiarity with project management tools (MS Teams, MS Project, SharePoint, Visio) preferred.

  • Strong planning, organization, and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and customer service orientation.

  • Ability to anticipate needs and act with urgency.
