Job Opportunity: Project Manager at PR General Contractors
PR General Contractors is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will oversee and manage the successful execution of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues promptly to maintain timelines and budgets.
- Oversee site activities to ensure safety protocols, compliance, and quality standards are met.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on residential or commercial projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
