Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. This is a remote position covering projects across Southern Ontario. You’ll oversee project execution, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Drilling experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage horizontal directional drilling projects from initiation to completion.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

• Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

• Oversee on-site operations remotely, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.

• Conduct regular project reviews, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in project management within the construction, drilling, or utility industries.

• Education: Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Skills:

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

• Knowledge: Familiarity with horizontal directional drilling processes and equipment is a strong asset.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Southern Ontario as needed.
