About the job
A globally-renowned branding agency is looking to add to its Client Services team in London with a Senior Program Manager. With offices in London and New York, the teamwork across strategy, identity, packaging and digital for several blue chip brands within the FMCG space.
Joining the Program management team, you’ll be responsible for the project operations across the studio. Your primary focus and responsibility is on the efficiency, optimisation, and profitability of given projects.
Your day-to-day will involve…
- Managing 3 to 4 core client programs, which could involve upwards of 10 projects at any one time, depending on size and complexity
- Brief writing and creation of project plans, including scheduling, allocation of resources, timeline, and deliverables.
- Nurture and grow existing client relationships
- Leads the resourcing of all given programs with timeline and budget in mind at all times,
- Lead revenue forecasts and raise PO & invoices
- Mentor junior members of the team
