Position Summary
This role is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of ground-up restaurant construction projects throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area, typically valued at approximately $3 million. The position will also provide support on larger retail development projects, which can range from $40 million to $50 million.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all stages of ground-up restaurant construction projects, from pre-construction planning to final closeout

Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget

Maintain and track detailed schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and project documentation

Enforce adherence to safety regulations and ensure all quality standards are met

Supervise, mentor, and support on-site teams and subcontractors to drive successful outcomes

Prepare and present regular project updates and status reports to key stakeholders
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial construction project management, ideally with a focus on retail and/or restaurant builds

Demonstrated success in managing ground-up construction projects from inception to completion

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities

Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic work environment

Proficiency in construction scheduling software and project management tools
Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary ranging from $95,000 to $130,000
