Position Summary 
This role is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of ground-up restaurant construction projects throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area, typically valued at approximately $3 million. The position will also provide support on larger retail development projects, which can range from $40 million to $50 million.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all stages of ground-up restaurant construction projects, from pre-construction planning to final closeout

  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget

  • Maintain and track detailed schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and project documentation

  • Enforce adherence to safety regulations and ensure all quality standards are met

  • Supervise, mentor, and support on-site teams and subcontractors to drive successful outcomes

  • Prepare and present regular project updates and status reports to key stakeholders


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial construction project management, ideally with a focus on retail and/or restaurant builds

  • Demonstrated success in managing ground-up construction projects from inception to completion

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities

  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic work environment

  • Proficiency in construction scheduling software and project management tools


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $95,000 to $130,000
