About the Role
Join Share One and VisiFI, part of Deda Group, a fintech thought leader transforming how credit unions compete in today’s dynamic financial landscape. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex software implementation projects, using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Reporting to the Head of Program Management and Governance, this role is central to ensuring project delivery is on-time, in-scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities

Manage full project lifecycle: scope, planning, execution, delivery

Create and manage detailed project plans and resource allocations

Coordinate internal and third-party/vendor teams

Track project performance using JIRA, Microsoft Project, Salesforce

Ensure compliance with contract terms and regulatory standards

Partner with development, account, and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction

Lead SCRUMs and project review meetings

Manage change requests, risks, and issue resolutions

Maintain project documentation: charters, timelines, training materials

Provide C-suite level status reporting and analysis

Support internal training on project frameworks and tools

Champion continuous improvement across project management practices
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or related field

Minimum 5 years’ project management experience (preferably software implementations)

PMP and/or Certified Scrum Master certification preferred

Strong working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, JIRA, Salesforce, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
-
Financial industry background and fluency in Italian or Spanish are a plus
