Job Summary
We’re seeking a motivated Project Manager to oversee KOSME projects from start to finish—managing timelines, quality, budgets, and customer satisfaction. Acting as a key liaison between sales, operations, and clients, you’ll ensure each project runs smoothly and delivers exceptional results. This hybrid role is based in Franklin, WI, with three days in-office and two days remote per week.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate all phases of KOSME project management (design, planning, procurement, execution, closeout)

  • Conduct risk assessments, report findings, and recommend mitigation strategies

  • Oversee project performance to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met

  • Maintain project dates and data in SAP throughout the project lifecycle

  • Serve as the point of contact for customers regarding the KOSME product line

  • Partner with sales managers and VPs to resolve customer issues and support product demos

  • Travel domestically and internationally (15–40%)

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 2–3 years’ experience in sales, engineering, or project management

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a passport

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, and Krones portfolio

  • Knowledge of packaging lines, equipment, and suppliers
