Job Summary
We’re seeking a motivated Project Manager to oversee KOSME projects from start to finish—managing timelines, quality, budgets, and customer satisfaction. Acting as a key liaison between sales, operations, and clients, you’ll ensure each project runs smoothly and delivers exceptional results. This hybrid role is based in Franklin, WI, with three days in-office and two days remote per week.
Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate all phases of KOSME project management (design, planning, procurement, execution, closeout)

Conduct risk assessments, report findings, and recommend mitigation strategies

Oversee project performance to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met

Maintain project dates and data in SAP throughout the project lifecycle

Serve as the point of contact for customers regarding the KOSME product line

Partner with sales managers and VPs to resolve customer issues and support product demos

Travel domestically and internationally (15–40%)
Minimum Qualifications
-
High school diploma or GED
-
2–3 years’ experience in sales, engineering, or project management
-
Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a passport
Preferred Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering

Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, and Krones portfolio

Knowledge of packaging lines, equipment, and suppliers
