Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will lead complex, cross-functional projects from planning to execution, ensuring they align with business goals, budgets, and timelines. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, drive communication across teams, and champion the adoption of automation and AI technologies to accelerate results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project schedules, tracking progress and risks to ensure successful delivery.

  • Serve as the primary project lead, overseeing governance, communication, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Direct cross-functional teams, managing resources, budgets, and timelines.

  • Establish and maintain project documentation, controls, and reporting mechanisms.

  • Integrate automation and AI-enabled tools to boost efficiency and performance.

  • Lead change management and foster collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 3+ years of project management experience.

  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proven leadership and change management experience.

Preferred:

  • Experience with automation technologies and AI-enabled business tools.

  • Familiarity with process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

Expectations

  • Up to 30% travel required.

  • Flexibility for occasional extended or irregular hours across time zones.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
