Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will oversee major initiatives and programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.

Lead cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.

Establish project plans, dashboards, RAID logs, schedules, and reporting tools.

Facilitate meetings, set agendas, track deliverables, and provide logistical support.

Coordinate with staff and leadership to assign duties, manage timelines, and adjust plans as needed.

Prepare and deliver status reports for leadership, clients, and regulatory agencies.

Guide, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a collaborative culture.

Stay informed on regulatory changes impacting project scope and adjust plans accordingly.

Travel to company subsidiaries as required.
Qualifications
Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, Project Management, or MIS.

4+ years in project management, consulting, or corporate development.

Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional projects with measurable results.

Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.

Experience managing dispersed teams with complex project plans.

Proficiency with Smartsheet or Microsoft Project.

Ability to influence stakeholders, build credibility, and negotiate effectively.

Must comply with company vaccination policy (documentation or exemption required).
Preferred:

Advanced Smartsheet skills.

Experience with Bluebeam or CAD tools.
-
Background in facility design, construction, or healthcare/behavioral health.
