About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead HR and people-focused initiatives across a fast-growing global organization. In this role, you’ll drive projects spanning mergers & acquisitions (M&A), compliance, payroll, and benefits, ensuring smooth execution and alignment across stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects across M&A, HR compliance, payroll, and benefits, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in HR, legal, compliance, finance, and corporate development.
- Track progress, manage scope changes, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Support M&A integration planning and execution to align teams and processes.
- Deliver clear reports and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Continuously improve tools, templates, and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Capture lessons learned and share best practices for future projects.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of project management experience, ideally in M&A, payroll, HR compliance, or people operations.
- Proven success managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Knowledge of M&A processes, HR frameworks, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com) and productivity suites (e.g., Google Workspace).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with change management and understanding of global employment laws.
- High emotional intelligence, integrity, and adaptability in a fast-paced remote environment.
