The Role

Lumicera Health Services, powered by Navitus, is seeking an EPMO Project Manager to lead enterprise projects that optimize patient care and pharmacy operations. This role reports to the Manager, EPMO Operations, and is responsible for managing project budgets, resource plans, communication plans, project artifacts, and overall execution across IT and business units. The EPMO Project Manager ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while proactively identifying risks and solutions.

Location: Remote (U.S.)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM CT
Remote Work Restrictions: Not available for residents of AL, AK, CT, DE, HI, IA, KS, KY, ME, MA, MS, MT, NE, NH, NM, ND, RI, SC, SD, VT, WV, WY

Pay Range: $82,586 – $101,333 USD per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business areas, SMEs, leadership sponsors, and executive sponsors to identify and achieve project outcomes

  • Serve as an Agile Epic Owner and ensure technical needs are met

  • Establish business cases for senior leadership, evaluating alignment with organizational strategies and cost-benefit analyses

  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, document action items, and track completion

  • Maintain project artifacts and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders

  • Lead issue management, propose solutions, and drive resolutions

  • Plan and schedule initiatives consistent with strategic goals

  • Evaluate project effectiveness continuously and provide progress reporting

  • Situational on-call and/or travel may be required

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of healthcare-related experience

  • Project management or Agile certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP) or ability to obtain within one year

  • 3+ years of enterprise project experience with IT and data elements (if certified), or 5+ years if not certified

  • Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint

  • Experience with project tracking tools (MS Project, ADO, PPM Pro, Smartsheets)

  • 3+ years of healthcare or pharmacy benefits industry experience and HIPAA knowledge

  • Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
