Role Responsibilities
-
Drive projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
-
Manage deliverables in ServiceNow (PPM), Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive.

Create and maintain project documentation: charters, RACIs, communication plans, test plans, schedules.

Manage project resource plans and budgets.
-
Lead project meetings, assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress.
-
Identify, document, and resolve risks/issues.
-
Report updates to portfolio and tower leaders.
-
Maintain stakeholder communication at all levels.
-
Manage subprojects and support leadership with regular reports.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
-
Manage 1–4 projects depending on size.
-
Work Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM Central Time.

Use ServiceNow for full lifecycle project management.
-
Maintain updated project artifacts and schedules.
-
Schedule meetings, work sessions, and testing.
Required Skills & Experience
-
5–7 years of IT project management experience.
-
3 years healthcare experience.
-
Minimum 1 year implementing/upgrading clinical imaging solutions (Radiology, Cardiology, PACS).
-
Bachelor’s degree or PMP certification.
Preferred Qualifications

Expertise in formal project management processes.
-
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-
Experience with Google Workspace and ServiceNow.
-
Familiarity with PACS and dictation system overlays.
-
Experience with PACS/Cardiology systems: Merge, Change Healthcare, Intelerad.
-
Experience with cardiology PACS, hemodynamic systems, and Merge/Optum/Change Healthcare platforms is a plus.
Travel Requirements
-
Project Kickoff: Travel Monday afternoon, onsite Tuesday, return Wednesday.
-
Go-Live Support: Travel Monday morning, onsite through Friday.
