What You’ll Do 

As a Project Manager at Rosendin, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned construction projects under the direction of a Senior Project Manager or Division Manager. You’ll supervise Assistant Project Managers and field teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure all company policies and procedures are followed. Key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and leading projects from initial planning to completion.

  • Delegating and overseeing tasks for Assistant Project Managers.

  • Supporting initial client engagements by evaluating project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.

  • Preparing comprehensive project estimates by reviewing plans, specifications, and bid documents.

  • Defining project goals, procedures, and performance standards aligned with corporate policies.

  • Managing and negotiating change orders with clients.

  • Collaborating with Foremen and Superintendents to keep construction on schedule and within budget.

  • Identifying and resolving project issues promptly.

  • Compiling cost reports and financial documentation.

  • Handling all financial aspects of contracts including billing, rentals, income, and expenditures.

  • Reviewing work prepared by junior staff before submission.

  • Representing Rosendin in project meetings, under senior leadership guidance.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with Accubid and Oracle is a plus.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in construction project management.

  • A combination of formal education, relevant training, and hands-on experience is acceptable.


Travel & Work Environment 

  • Occasional travel required – up to 25%.

  • Primarily office-based work with standard indoor conditions including sitting, standing, walking, and typing.

  • Moderate noise levels; occasional lifting (up to 30 lbs).

Compensation 

  • Annual salary range: $94,500 – $141,800, based on experience, skills, and location.
