Position Purpose
The Project Manager I plans, organizes, and oversees projects related to health plan material/print fulfillment and campaigns, using cross-functional teams to deliver results and support Centene’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full project life cycle: requirements, planning, execution, deployment, and closure.

Maintain and improve SLA reporting processes.

Use project management tools and techniques to oversee projects effectively.

Keep detailed project documentation (meeting minutes, action items, issues, risk plans).

Communicate project status clearly to all stakeholders.

Coordinate cross-functional meetings to align with company objectives.

Provide functional and technical knowledge across business and technical areas.

Monitor deliverables (design docs, test plans, training, operations docs) for quality standards.

Perform other assigned duties and comply with company policies.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

0–2 years of project management experience.

Experience in matrix-managed environments and working with diverse groups.

Healthcare and print/material fulfillment experience preferred.

Strong Excel skills (XLOOKUP, etc.).
