We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Percussive Drilling Services team in Red Lake, Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and communicate activities and between internal & external clients.
- Schedule crews and communicate daily project plans
- Researches and analyzes development and product life cycles.
- Acts as the technical and content expert for the project
- Analyzes, organizes, monitors and evaluates specified area including financial analysis
- Revises or creates procedures to improve efficiency of workflow.
- Initiates cost reduction programs, prepares proposals, and articulates product position, key benefits and value proposition.
- Works with vendors and other third parties.
- Accountable for the delivery of all technical services.
- Maintaining optimal short and long term business plans.
- Scheduling and budgeting as well as exposure to ground control, industrial engineering and improvement projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Project Management Experience
- Must have valid Canada Driver’s License
- Professional Engineer Designation preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills are a requirement for this position
- This is a hands-on position that requires a decisive individual with a high level of initiative
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 2-5 years of directly related experience.

This position is required to be at site in Red Lake on a 5 days per week salaried position. Relocation package is an option.
