Provider Enrollment Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for clients, ensuring responsiveness and accountability.

  • Compile and maintain accurate provider data.

  • Complete statewide credentialing/recredentialing applications.

  • Process government revalidation requests.

  • Monitor and follow up on application processes end-to-end.

  • Train and oversee Enrollment Specialists (if applicable).

  • Reconcile provider enrollment data and payer rosters.

  • Maintain and update the internal provider database.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of provider enrollment experience.

  • Strong knowledge of credentialing and provider enrollment processes.

  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.

  • Clear and effective communication with strong customer service abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
