Key Responsibilities

Act as the main contact for clients, ensuring responsiveness and accountability.

Compile and maintain accurate provider data.

Complete statewide credentialing/recredentialing applications.

Process government revalidation requests.

Monitor and follow up on application processes end-to-end.

Train and oversee Enrollment Specialists (if applicable).

Reconcile provider enrollment data and payer rosters.
-
Maintain and update the internal provider database.
Qualifications
-
Minimum 3 years of provider enrollment experience.

Strong knowledge of credentialing and provider enrollment processes.

Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.

Clear and effective communication with strong customer service abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
