Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake assessments and evaluations

  • Provide therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Utilize evidence-based treatment methods for both group and individual therapy

  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation

  • Conduct regular patient wellness checks

  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, ethical standards, and licensing requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field

  • Current and unrestricted professional license (Psychologist, Marriage & Family Therapist, or equivalent)

  • Prior experience as a mental health therapist preferred

  • BLS and CPR certification required

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
