Responsibilities

Conduct intake assessments and evaluations

Provide therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Utilize evidence-based treatment methods for both group and individual therapy

Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation

Conduct regular patient wellness checks

Ensure compliance with facility policies, ethical standards, and licensing requirements
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field

Current and unrestricted professional license (Psychologist, Marriage & Family Therapist, or equivalent)

Prior experience as a mental health therapist preferred

BLS and CPR certification required

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
