Key Responsibilities for International Supervisor

Supervise and train employees on job duties, safety, and performance

Ensure compliance with corporate, local, and international shipping regulations

Promote a team-oriented environment with a strong focus on communication and continuous improvement

Implement development plans for staff growth and accountability

Maintain high standards in customer service, organization, and operational output
Qualifications for International Supervisor

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg)

Flexible to work shifts up to 5 days per week

Strong verbal & written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Capable of thriving in a fast-paced warehouse setting
Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent)

Previous supervisory or leadership experience
