Role Summary
The PT International Supervisor oversees, trains, and develops part-time teams while ensuring full compliance with safety, production, and attendance standards. This role supports international operations and promotes a high-performance culture with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities for International Supervisor

Supervise, coach, and evaluate team members to maintain peak performance

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and UPS policies

Coordinate training programs for both new and existing employees

Monitor department productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction

Promote a positive, team-oriented environment

Support personal development plans for staff

Maintain strong working relationships with all levels of staff and management
Required Qualifications

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg)

Available for flexible shifts, up to 5 days/week

Strong communication and leadership skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Preferred Qualifications for International Supervisor

Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent

Prior management or supervisory experience
