Position Overview:
The Operations Supervisor plays a vital role in leading warehouse teams, ensuring safety, accuracy, and productivity in daily operations. This role requires a leader with strong communication and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and develop team members

Conduct safety briefings and enforce health and safety protocols

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent (preferred)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (32 kgs)

Previous experience in warehouse/operations management (preferred)

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (citizen, resident, or permitted alien)
Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Rate: $25.70 to $41.80/hour
