Job Summary
As an Operations Supervisor at UPS, you’ll play a critical role in leading teams of Package Handlers and Clerks. Your focus will be on ensuring safety, training, and productivity in a dynamic warehouse environment. You’ll manage attendance, approve timecards, and resolve operational issues while maintaining strong relationships with your team and leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily activities of clerks and handlers.

Train and coach employees on safety procedures and job functions.

Monitor and enforce attendance and productivity standards.

Conduct team meetings and employee evaluations.

Identify and resolve issues related to package delivery or logistics.

Uphold UPS’s ethical standards and code of conduct.
Required Qualifications

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international qualification.

Previous management or leadership experience.
