Role Summary
As Publicity and Brand Manager, you will be at the forefront of Carnival’s brand identity and public image. This strategic role requires a proactive, detail-focused individual with strong experience in TV and film publicity, branding, and cross-platform campaign management. You’ll lead creative approvals, oversee the development of marketing assets, manage licensing, and ensure consistent brand alignment across all platforms and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Publicity Strategy

Lead all publicity and brand activity for Carnival IP across TV, film, and digital platforms.

Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all marketing assets and campaigns.

Direct Carnival’s social media strategy, including campaign briefs, creative approvals, and platform management.
Creative Asset & Campaign Oversight

Coordinate promotional and marketing assets (key art, BTS content, press kits).

Review and approve materials, collaborating with internal and external creative teams.

Manage content licensing (clips, stills), including pricing, negotiation, and contracts.
Stakeholder Engagement

Liaise with production teams, external agencies, media, and NBCUniversal departments to streamline communications and approvals.

Represent Carnival’s brand in all cross-functional initiatives with consumer products, licensing, and distribution teams.
Events & Activation

Plan and manage internal screenings, press events, promotional activations, and charity functions.

Handle logistics, special guest coordination, and event collateral.
Team Leadership

Co-line manage the Production Operations Intern, offering guidance and task oversight.
Requirements
Skills & Experience

3–5 years in publicity and brand management within the TV/film industry.

Proven ability to create and execute multi-platform marketing and publicity campaigns.

Strong experience in licensing, approvals, and branded content development.

Familiarity with entertainment retail and consumer product trends.

Proficient in asset review systems and project management tools.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.

A strong brand ambassador who ensures creative consistency and excellence.
