Job Overview
As a Junior QA Analyst at Podium Analytics, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our digital systems through testing, bug identification, and process improvement. This is a hands-on role where you will collaborate with developers, designers, and business analysts to deliver reliable, secure, and user-friendly systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test plans for digital systems, including manual and automated testing.
- Conduct exploratory, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Create and maintain automated test scripts.
- Analyse test results and recommend improvements.
- Support the Head of Project Delivery in maintaining system quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Experience with manual and automated testing tools (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills in quality assurance.
- Familiarity with Agile working environments is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
