Job Overview

As a Junior QA Analyst at Podium Analytics, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our digital systems through testing, bug identification, and process improvement. This is a hands-on role where you will collaborate with developers, designers, and business analysts to deliver reliable, secure, and user-friendly systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute test plans for digital systems, including manual and automated testing.
  • Conduct exploratory, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and defects.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Create and maintain automated test scripts.
  • Analyse test results and recommend improvements.
  • Support the Head of Project Delivery in maintaining system quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with manual and automated testing tools (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills in quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with Agile working environments is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
