The Opportunity

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our Central Quality Assurance Team. You’ll play a key role in shaping the Alternative Heat Integrated Management System (AH-IMS) and driving continuous improvement across projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities

 Auditing & Compliance

  • Conduct internal and external audits to meet regulatory and client standards

  • Prepare audit reports, identify nonconformities, and track corrective actions

  • Support customer and certification body audits

 FMEA & Risk Management

  • Lead or support FMEA activities

  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and documentation

 Nonconformity & Corrective Action

  • Manage root cause analysis and resolution for internal and external issues

  • Log, track, and report on nonconformities in products, services, and processes

 Continual Improvement

  • Use data analysis to identify trends and drive process improvements

  • Collaborate across departments to integrate quality into daily operations

 Documentation & Training

  • Maintain AH-IMS documentation and work instructions

  • Deliver relevant training and promote a quality-first culture

 Reporting & Quality Metrics

  • Report on quality KPIs and action effectiveness to senior management

What You’ll Need

Essential:

  • Proven experience in quality engineering or assurance

  • Hands-on experience with internal audits, FMEA, and nonconformity reporting

  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality systems

  • Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies

Desirable:

  • ISO Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001)

  • Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related discipline
