Position Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive professional to join our Quality Management team. This role will focus on driving operational excellence through robust data analysis, dashboard maintenance, and the continuous improvement of digital tools. The ideal candidate will collaborate with global teams to enhance quality processes and support decision-making through actionable insights.


Key Responsibilities:

  • SharePoint Administration: Manage and maintain SharePoint sites, sub-sites, document libraries, and user access to ensure smooth operations and up-to-date content organization.

  • Data Analytics and Reporting:

    • Analyze quality-related data and trends to support decision-making.

    • Create and maintain dashboards using Tableau, Excel, and other visualization tools to track key quality initiatives such as Customer Excellence, Risk Management, and Service CAPA.

  • Tool and Process Enhancement:

    • Assist with root cause analysis and recommend improvements in the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) system, specifically within the Quality Information System (QIS).

    • Support ongoing improvement and standardization of Non-Conformance (NC) processes.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Coordinate and communicate with global teams located in Berlin, Muelheim, Orlando, and other international sites to align quality standards and share best practices.

  • Documentation and Workshop Support:

    • Prepare presentation materials, reports, and documentation for quality workshops, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Customer Advocacy Program:

    • Produce scorecards and fulfill data needs to support Customer Advocacy efforts aimed at enhancing the customer experience.

  • Digital Transformation Initiatives:

    • Participate in regional and digital quality improvement projects, contributing data-driven insights and supporting the integration of digital tools and platforms.


Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field preferred.

    • Minimum GPA of 3.0.

  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.

    • Experience with Tableau is required.

    • Familiarity with Power Apps, Alteryx, or other data automation tools is a plus.

  • Quality & Analytical Skills:

    • Solid understanding of quality management tools, data analysis techniques, and process improvement methodologies.

    • Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

  • Digital & System Knowledge:

    • Knowledge of SharePoint administration and its application in collaborative environments.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Strong organizational and presentation abilities.

    • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
