Responsibilities

About This Position

Aligned with Marian Medical Center’s patient-focused philosophy, the Radiologic Technologist I performs diagnostic radiographic procedures with a level of independence that requires minimal supervision. This role involves executing a range of technical imaging tasks, applying independent judgment and creativity to safely deliver ionizing radiation for diagnostic purposes. The technologist is responsible for carrying out assigned radiographic procedures efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience as a certified Radiologic Technologist

  • Recent graduates from an ARRT-accredited Radiologic Technology program with clinical training may be considered

  • Current ARRT certification (RG ARRT)

  • Current California CRT certification (CT XRT)

  • Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association (CT CPRBLS)

Special Skills:

  • Proficient in the operation of diagnostic imaging equipment

  • Familiar with departmental procedures and protocols

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with patients, colleagues, and physicians

  • Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently

  • Demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Pay Range: $42.46 – $50.10/hour
