Job Overview:
Join Valley Health as a Radiologic Technologist, where you’ll perform general radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures—including portable imaging—for patients ranging from newborns to seniors. This role includes rotating weekend, holiday, and on-call shifts for diagnostic radiology services.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct general radiology and fluoroscopy procedures in both fixed and portable settings

Serve patients across the lifespan—from neonates to geriatric populations
-
Maintain high professional standards in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
-
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Required Certifications & Licensures:
-
ARRT(R) or NMTCB certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist required
-
BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) – required prior to completing orientation
-
Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine Technology training program
Note: Winchester Medical Center Radiography students with at least 18 months of training may be considered eligible for hire, as determined by the program director. Registry must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
Qualifications:

Graduate of an AMA-accredited Radiology Technology program

ARRT-registered or registry eligible

Demonstrated proficiency in performing imaging procedures for all age groups

Strong understanding of growth and development across age groups
-
Ability to stay composed and professional during stressful or emotionally charged situations
