Job Description
Pinetree Health is seeking a highly skilled RCM Director (Medical Billing) to lead our growing revenue cycle management operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in medical billing, denial management, insurance and Medicare claims, and coding compliance. This role is fully remote and requires someone who can work independently while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire revenue cycle process, including billing, claims, and collections.

Manage denials and appeals to ensure timely and accurate reimbursements.

Ensure compliance with medical billing and ICD-10 coding standards.

Collaborate with insurance providers to maximize revenue cycle efficiency.

Supervise billing operations, analyze performance metrics, and implement process improvements.

Bring and manage your existing client accounts to expand the company’s reach.
Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Previous experience as an RCM Director or in a senior leadership role.

Existing book of clients that can be transitioned to the company.

Strong understanding of ICD-10 coding and compliance requirements.

Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Proven ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively.

Experience in client account management.
