Pay Range

USD $65,686 – USD $85,866.90 per year

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, Hybrid (2-3 days onsite in Madison, WI)

Overview

Navitus Health Solutions is hiring a Rebate Accountant II to join our team! This hybrid role involves working 2-3 days per week onsite at our Madison campus. The Rebate Accountant II will act as a Financial Analysis Accountant, focusing on detailed financial analysis, collaborating with various departments, and supporting rebate disbursement processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Process rebate pass-through disbursements and other program disbursements

  • Analyze financial impact and monitor custom disbursement offerings

  • Generate standard and ad hoc reports

  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve differences

  • Prepare journal entries and monitor bank account activity

  • Assist with audits and reviews

Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent experience in accounting, with 3+ years of professional experience

  • Preferred experience in financial analysis, Oracle accounting software, and the PBM or healthcare industry

  • Strong Excel skills and knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy practices

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid schedule
