About the Role

As a Placemaker, you will be the first point of contact for our members and visitors, helping to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. You’ll be key to delivering outstanding customer service, promoting memberships, and helping people take that important first step toward a healthier life.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Provide a friendly, professional front-of-house experience

  • Handle membership queries, sales conversations, and facility bookings

  • Promote services, activities, and memberships with a customer-first attitude

  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area

  • Support daily operations and collaborate with the wider leisure team

  • Deliver an engaging experience for every visitor, every time

About You

Whether you’re experienced in customer service or looking to grow in a new direction, we welcome applicants who are:

  • Personable, with the natural ability to build genuine relationships

  • Sales-focused with a passion for hitting targets

  • Organised, with the ability to multi-task effectively

  • Motivated by helping others discover the benefits of fitness and well-being

  • Professional, with great communication skills and a team-player mindset

Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is helpful, but not essential – full training and development will be provided.
