About the Role
As a Placemaker, you will be the first point of contact for our members and visitors, helping to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. You’ll be key to delivering outstanding customer service, promoting memberships, and helping people take that important first step toward a healthier life.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Provide a friendly, professional front-of-house experience

Handle membership queries, sales conversations, and facility bookings

Promote services, activities, and memberships with a customer-first attitude

Maintain a clean and organised reception area

Support daily operations and collaborate with the wider leisure team

Deliver an engaging experience for every visitor, every time
About You
Whether you’re experienced in customer service or looking to grow in a new direction, we welcome applicants who are:

Personable, with the natural ability to build genuine relationships

Sales-focused with a passion for hitting targets

Organised, with the ability to multi-task effectively

Motivated by helping others discover the benefits of fitness and well-being

Professional, with great communication skills and a team-player mindset
Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is helpful, but not essential – full training and development will be provided.
