About the Role – Receptionist
As a Receptionist at The Bear of Rodborough, you will be the welcoming face of the hotel—making that all-important first impression for every guest.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional approach

Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently

Handle incoming phone calls, bookings, and general enquiries

Use hotel IT systems to manage reservations and guest information accurately

Support guests during their stay with local knowledge and helpful service

Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

Friendly, confident, and passionate about guest satisfaction

Organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable using hotel systems and Microsoft Office tools

A team player with a proactive attitude

Experience in a hospitality, receptionist, or customer service role is ideal, but full training will be provided
