Key Responsibilities of the Receptionist
As a Receptionist, your main duties will include:

Welcoming guests and directing them appropriately

Managing a tidy, presentable reception area

Handling phone, email, and in-person enquiries

Distributing mail and deliveries

Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring meeting spaces are clean and prepared

Supporting travel and accommodation arrangements

Maintaining office security by managing visitor logs and access passes

Updating notice boards and communication screens

General administrative support including filing, photocopying, and minute taking
What We’re Looking For in a Receptionist
We’re seeking candidates with:

Previous front-of-house or administrative experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
