Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role involves delivering excellent customer service while managing a variety of front desk and administrative duties. You’ll play a key role in keeping the office organised and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist all visitors in a warm, professional manner

Answer and direct phone calls using excellent phone etiquette

Maintain a clean and presentable reception area

Perform accurate data entry tasks

Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and handle filing

Oversee Padel court bookings and respond to related enquiries

Assist with bookkeeping using Sage, when required

Support general clerical tasks across departments
Requirements
-
Previous receptionist or admin experience preferred (not essential)

Experience with Sage is an advantage

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Professional appearance and approach

Good knowledge of basic office procedures
