Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role involves delivering excellent customer service while managing a variety of front desk and administrative duties. You’ll play a key role in keeping the office organised and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist all visitors in a warm, professional manner

  • Answer and direct phone calls using excellent phone etiquette

  • Maintain a clean and presentable reception area

  • Perform accurate data entry tasks

  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and handle filing

  • Oversee Padel court bookings and respond to related enquiries

  • Assist with bookkeeping using Sage, when required

  • Support general clerical tasks across departments

Requirements

  • Previous receptionist or admin experience preferred (not essential)

  • Experience with Sage is an advantage

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

  • Professional appearance and approach

  • Good knowledge of basic office procedures
